WE HAVE SPLIT THE ANNUAL FEES INTO 4 INSTALMENTS OR “BLOCKS”. INVOICES WILL BE SENT OUT AT THE START OF THE BLOCK AND FEES ARE DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE START OF THE BLOCK.

CARD PAYMENTS
We are now able to accept card payments through the DPO gateway. Please note that card payments attract a 3.5% surcharge.
As always, please read the Fees Payment Policy and contact us prior to paying into the Kwacha account to agree a rate in advance.
Our Terms & Conditions
- Payment made in US dollars or Zambian Kwacha to Casa Holdings Ltd.
- If paying by Kwacha, please contact the business office to confirm the Kwacha rate.
- Please make checks payable to Casa Holdings Ltd
- All bank charges are your responsibility.
- Tuition fees payments are due seven days from the start of the block. There will be a 2% late fee charge per month from the due date.
- A non-refundable enrolment fee will be charged for each new student admitted to the school.
- An annual materials fee will be charged for each new student admitted to the school and each existing student wishing to continue for the following school year.
- Early withdrawal and Tuition fees refund: the fees are divided into four blocks. To provide a refund, the school must receive written notice of withdrawal one block prior to the date of withdrawal. We will charge one block fees if a blocks notice is not given for withdrawal.
- Families with more than one child enrolled at the school will be given a 9% discount on the annual fee for the second child. There is no discount on the third child. There is no discount on the enrolment fee and materials fee.
- Casa Dei Bambini Montessori is an established school and we fully expect to operate in Lusaka for many years. However, if the school were forced to suspend operations due to circumstances beyond its control, revenue from school fees would first be used to meet the school’s financial obligations and the remainder would be refunded.
