Casa dei Bambini Montessori School is an independently owned school in Lusaka. The school was founded in 2014. We are a fully accredited MEAB School. We follow the Montessori principles of teaching. The children range in age from 16 months to 6 years. The school year begins in early August and ends in Mid-June.
Casa dei Bambini Montessori follows the education method developed by Maria Montessori, an Italian physician. She studied child development, observed children, and designed an environment in which children learn and grow in self-esteem.
Children at Casa dei Bambini are active learners, experiencing the joy of learning and achievement through the following: individualized Instruction, child- centered, self-paced, hands on approach, prepared environment, interactive, freedom of movement.
Our classrooms are vertically aged grouped. Our pledge is to provide education and care for all our children. We also offer music, art and PE to our students.
The school is currently unable to provide services for students with special education needs.
